Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Process Street, Pinecone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Process Street and Pinecone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Process Street and Pinecone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Process Street and Pinecone

Process Street + Pinecone + Slack: When a Process Street workflow run is completed, its data is used to search for similar entries in Pinecone. If matches are found above a similarity threshold, a Slack message is sent to notify the team.

Process Street + Pinecone + Jira: When a Process Street workflow run completes, Pinecone is searched for similar past runs. If a high similarity score is found, a Jira issue is created to document and potentially reuse successful steps.
