Depending on your setup, data should flow between Productboard and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Captions

Productboard + Captions + Slack: When a new feature is created in Productboard, Captions generates a promotional video, and Slack notifies the marketing team in a public channel.

Captions + Productboard + Airtable: When a new note is added to Productboard, Captions generates a video summary. A new record is then created in Airtable linking to the summary and the original note.
