Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Productboard, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Productboard and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Productboard and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Figma

Productboard + Figma + Slack: When a new feature is created in Productboard, a comment is added to a specified Figma file to notify the design team about the new feature for design input. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the design team.

Figma + Productboard + Jira: When a comment is added to a Figma file, a feature is created in Productboard to track the design feedback. A Jira issue is then created to track the development of the design.
