Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Quentn, MySQL, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Quentn and MySQL integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quentn and MySQL (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Quentn and MySQL

Quentn + MySQL + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created or updated in Quentn, their data is captured and stored in a MySQL database. Key metrics from this database are then periodically synced to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

MySQL + Quentn + Slack: When a row is created or updated in a MySQL database, the corresponding contact profile in Quentn is updated with the new information. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel informing the team about the change.
