Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the QuestionPro and Browser Use integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuestionPro and Browser Use (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect QuestionPro and Browser Use

QuestionPro + Slack: When a new answer is submitted to a QuestionPro survey, the system checks if the answer indicates very low satisfaction based on predefined criteria. If the satisfaction level is low, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.

Browser Use + Google Sheets + QuestionPro: This automation scrapes product reviews from a specified URL using Browser Use. If a review is negative based on sentiment analysis (done outside of this flow and its available widgets), the review text is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. The contents of the Google Sheet are then periodically sent to QuestionPro as survey questions for further analysis.
