Most powerful ways to connect QuestionPro and Jira
QuestionPro + Jira + Slack: When a new survey response is received in QuestionPro, the flow checks the answers. If the answers meet specific criteria (e.g., a low satisfaction score), a high-priority issue is automatically created in Jira. The assigned team is then notified in Slack about the new issue.
Jira + QuestionPro + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, when it's resolved), a customer satisfaction survey is triggered in QuestionPro. Once the survey is completed, the responses are logged in Google Sheets for analysis and tracking of customer feedback.
