Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Google Drive
Qwilr + Google Drive + PandaDoc: When a Qwilr page is accepted, the flow creates a PDF copy of the Qwilr page and stores it in Google Drive, then creates a PandaDoc document from a template and attaches the saved PDF.
Google Drive + Qwilr + Slack: When a new file is added or modified in a specific Google Drive folder, the flow checks if it's a Qwilr proposal, and if so, sends a notification to a Slack channel.
