RD Station + Google Cloud Text-To-Speech + WhatsApp Business Cloud: When a new lead conversion occurs in RD Station, their information is used by Google Cloud Text-To-Speech to create a personalized audio message. This audio is then sent to the lead via WhatsApp Business Cloud.
RD Station + Google Cloud Text-To-Speech + Google Sheets: When a lead conversion event happens in RD Station, the lead data is used to synthesize speech with Google Cloud Text-To-Speech. The synthesized audio data (likely a link to the audio file if Synthesize Long Audio Result is intended) is then stored in a new row in Google Sheets for record-keeping and compliance.
