Most powerful ways to connect ReachInbox and Zendesk

ReachInbox + Zendesk + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the workflow checks if it's related to a specific ReachInbox campaign. If it is and the ticket priority is high, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the team.

Zendesk + ReachInbox + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the workflow finds the associated ReachInbox campaign using ticket details. The ticket resolution time is then calculated and updated in a Google Sheet for campaign performance analysis.
