After configuring Realgeeks, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Realgeeks and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Realgeeks and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Realgeeks and Figma
Realgeeks + Figma + Slack: When a new lead is captured in Realgeeks, a marketing design draft is generated from a template in Figma. A message containing a link to the Figma design is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team.
Figma + Realgeeks + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to a specified Figma project, a new lead is created in Realgeeks using information from the Figma file. Information about this lead and the Figma design is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for tracking.
