Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Discourse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Discourse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Discourse

Recraft + Discourse + Slack: When a new design is generated in Recraft, a post is created in a designated Discourse forum. A notification is then sent to a specific Slack channel to alert the team.

Discourse + Google Drive + Recraft: When a new topic is created on Discourse, create a new Google Drive folder to archive relevant feedback. If there are new comments on the topic, the content of the feedback is used to generate a new image in Recraft.
