After configuring Recraft, Google Meet, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Google Meet

Recraft + Google Meet + Slack: When a Recraft image is generated, it's shared during a scheduled Google Meet. After the meeting, a summary message, including the Recraft image, is sent to a designated Slack channel for those who missed the meeting.

Google Meet + Recraft + Google Drive: After a Google Meet session, a thumbnail is generated using Recraft. This thumbnail is then used to create an engaging file in Google Drive, where the recording file is stored.
