Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, Coda, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Coda integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Coda

Recut + Coda + Slack: When a new video highlight link is created in Recut, the link details are added as a new row in a Coda document. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new highlight.

Recut + Google Drive + Coda: When a video edit is completed in Recut and available via a link, the video file is uploaded to Google Drive. The file details, including the Google Drive link, are then logged in a new row within a specified Coda document.
