Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, Freshdesk, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Freshdesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Render and Freshdesk
Render + Slack + Freshdesk: When a new Render deployment fails, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This allows the support team to be immediately aware of the issue and proactively offer assistance via a note added to a Freshdesk ticket.
Freshdesk + Render + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the flow searches for related Render service. Upon locating the Render service, relevant metrics are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for server performance tracking and analysis.
