In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Render, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Render or Google Groups will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Render or Google Groups, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Render node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Render, Google Groups, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Google Groups integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Render + Google Groups + Slack: When a Render deploy fails, a message is sent to a Google Group to notify members, and a message is also sent to a Slack channel for immediate awareness and action by the development team.
Google Groups + Render + Google Sheets: Monitor Google Groups for notifications about Render deployment status. Record the deployment status (success or failure) in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
