In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Render, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Render or Help Scout will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Render or Help Scout, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Render node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Render, Help Scout, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Help Scout integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Help Scout (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Render + Slack: When a Render deployment fails, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the development team.
Help Scout + Render + Google Sheets: When a new Help Scout ticket is created, the automation checks if it contains a Render error. If so, it logs the ticket information in a Google Sheet for error tracking and analysis.
