Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Replicate, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Replicate and CloudTalk

CloudTalk + Replicate + Slack: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, an AI image is generated in Replicate. The generated image is then sent to a Slack channel to provide visual context for support agents.

CloudTalk + Replicate + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in CloudTalk, the outcome is logged in Google Sheets. Then, a relevant AI image is generated in Replicate based on the call details and logged in Google Sheets.
