Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring RingCentral, Code, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Code integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Code (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + Code + Slack: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, the audio is transcribed and sentiment analysis is performed using a JavaScript code block. If the sentiment is negative, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
RingCentral + Code + Google Sheets: When a call ends in RingCentral, the call data is extracted and summarized using a JavaScript code block. The insights are then logged into a Google Sheet for performance tracking.
