Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Docparser

Docparser + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses a document, the extracted call data is sent to RingCentral to retrieve call details. This data, combined with the parsed information, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for performance tracking.

Docparser + RingCentral + Salesforce: When a document is parsed by Docparser, extract contact data and search for existing contacts in both RingCentral and Salesforce. If a contact is found, it is updated; if not, a new contact is created in both platforms.
