Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Fibery integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Fibery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Fibery

RingCentral + Fibery + Slack: When a call is missed in RingCentral, a new task is created in Fibery to follow up. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the missed call and the newly created task.

Fibery + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a new project phase is created or updated in Fibery, the automation schedules a team check-in call using RingCentral. A corresponding event is also created in Google Calendar to remind team members.
