Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Formsite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Formsite

Formsite + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Formsite, capture the results and log specific details, such as the submitter's name and contact information, into a designated Google Sheet for analysis and record-keeping. If call details were also collected in the form, match them with caller ID in RingCentral.

Formsite + RingCentral + Slack: Upon submission of a form in Formsite, this automation initiates an automated RingCentral call to the form submitter. Concurrently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, informing the team about the new submission and the ongoing call, facilitating immediate follow-up actions.
