Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Google docs, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Google docs integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Google docs (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Google docs

RingCentral + Google Docs + Slack: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, a Google Docs document is created to summarize the call details. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the missed call and the summary document.

Google Docs + RingCentral + Zoom: When a new document is created in Google Docs, a RingOut call is generated to review the document. Subsequently, a Zoom meeting is scheduled for a follow-up discussion.
