Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Google Drive

RingCentral + Google Drive + Slack: When a new voicemail is received in RingCentral, the voicemail file is saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying users of the new voicemail and its location in Google Drive.

Google Drive + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When a new call recording is added to a Google Drive folder, the file details (name, URL) are logged into a Google Sheet. Once the information is added to the sheet, a notification SMS is sent via RingCentral.
