Create a New Scenario to Connect RingCentral and Help Scout
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Authenticate Help Scout
Now, click the Help Scout node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Help Scout settings. Authentication allows you to use Help Scout through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring RingCentral, Help Scout, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Help Scout integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Help Scout (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + Help Scout + Slack: When a new missed call occurs in RingCentral, a Help Scout ticket is created to follow up with the caller. A notification is also sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the team.
Help Scout + Zoho CRM + RingCentral: When a new ticket is created in Help Scout, the system searches for the customer's record in Zoho CRM. If found, the record is updated with the ticket information, then a call is initiated via RingCentral to the customer.
