After configuring RocketReach, Google Meet, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the RocketReach and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RocketReach and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RocketReach + Google Meet + Slack: When RocketReach finds a person based on specified criteria, a meeting is automatically scheduled in Google Meet. The details of this scheduled meeting are then posted to a designated Slack channel.
Google Meet + RocketReach + Pipedrive: After a Google Meet call, the workflow finds the contact in RocketReach using available information from the meeting. It then updates the person's record in Pipedrive with any new details found in RocketReach.
