Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and ConvertAPI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and ConvertAPI

Salesforce + ConvertAPI + Google Drive: When a new record is created in Salesforce, ConvertAPI converts the associated file, and then saves the converted file to a designated folder in Google Drive.
