Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesforce, Figma, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Figma

Salesforce + Figma + Slack: When a new opportunity closes in Salesforce, this triggers the creation of a Slack channel for the project. A notification is sent to the sales team in Slack, letting them know the channel has been created where they can collaborate with designers on Figma mockups. Figma actions are not available for automatic generation of design mockups, so this flow facilitates communication and collaboration.

Figma + Salesforce + Google Sheets: When a user posts a comment in Figma, this triggers the creation of a new record in Salesforce, and a new row in Google Sheets with the comment details.
