How to connect Salesforce and OpenPhone

Create a New Scenario to Connect Salesforce and OpenPhone

In the workspace, click the โ€œCreate New Scenarioโ€ button.

Add the First Step

Add the first node โ€“ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event.
