Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesmate and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesmate and Jira

Salesmate + Jira + Slack: When a deal is closed in Salesmate, a new project is created in Jira. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the project team about the new project, including a link to the Jira project.

Jira + Salesmate + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, when it's resolved), the resolution time is logged to a Google Sheet. This data is connected to Salesmate via a shared key to perform performance analysis by cross-referencing with relevant Salesmate records (e.g. deal size, client). Requires initial setup of shared key across all three.
