Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Scrapeless, Missive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scrapeless and Missive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scrapeless and Missive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scrapeless and Missive

Scrapeless + Missive + Slack: Monitors website changes using Scrapeless. When Scrapeless detects a change after crawling a URL, it sends a summary of the changes to Missive as a new post. If the changes are critical, as determined by Scrapeless, a notification is also sent to a designated Slack channel.

Missive + Scrapeless + Google Sheets: Archives Missive conversations. When a new post is created in Missive, the workflow scrapes related web data using Scrapeless based on keywords found in the Missive post. The scraped data, along with the Missive post content, is then stored in a Google Sheet row for archival and analysis.
