Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Dropbox

SendPulse + Dropbox + Google Sheets: When a SendPulse subscriber event occurs (e.g., campaign sent), the automation creates a text file in Dropbox to archive the campaign details, then logs key metrics like open and click rates into a Google Sheet for performance tracking.

Dropbox + SendPulse + Slack: When a new file is added to a designated Dropbox folder, the automation creates a shared link and sends an email campaign via SendPulse, including the shared link in the message. Finally, it notifies the marketing team in a Slack channel about the new file and the sent campaign.
