In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a SendPulse, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, SendPulse or Google tasks will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find SendPulse or Google tasks, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the SendPulse node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring SendPulse, Google tasks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Google tasks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SendPulse + Google Tasks + Slack: When a new campaign is launched in SendPulse, a task is created in Google Tasks for team review. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new task.
Google Tasks + Google Sheets + SendPulse: When a task is completed in Google Tasks, the task details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This action then triggers SendPulse to send an email notification to project stakeholders, informing them of the task completion.
