Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendPulse, Grist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Grist

SendPulse + Grist + Google Sheets: When a subscriber event occurs in SendPulse (e.g., subscription, unsubscription), the subscriber data is recorded in Grist. A summary of these events is then periodically pushed to Google Sheets for reporting purposes.

Grist + SendPulse + Slack: When new records are created or updated in Grist, a welcome email sequence is triggered in SendPulse. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to the sales team in Slack to inform them of the new lead.
