Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendPulse, Hive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Hive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Hive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Hive

SendPulse + Google Sheets + Hive: When a subscriber event occurs in SendPulse (e.g., new subscription, unsubscription), the event details are logged in a Google Sheet. Based on these events, specific actions or updates can be triggered within Hive projects.

Hive + SendPulse + Slack: When a task is updated in Hive, a promotional email is sent via SendPulse. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the completed task and the email campaign that was triggered.
