Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Serper, Captions, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Serper and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Serper and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Serper and Captions

Serper + Captions + Slack: This flow starts with a Google Search using Serper. It then submits a request to Captions to generate a video based on the search results. Once the video generation is complete (as checked by a status check), a message including a link to the generated video will be sent to a specified Slack channel.

Serper + Captions + Google docs: This automation searches Google using Serper and creates a new document in Google Docs with the search results appended as text. Then, it generates a video using Captions and appends a link to the video within the newly created Google Docs document.
