Create a New Scenario to Connect Serper and Customer.io
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Serper, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Serper or Customer.io will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Serper or Customer.io, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Authenticate Customer.io
Now, click the Customer.io node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Customer.io settings. Authentication allows you to use Customer.io through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Serper, Customer.io, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Serper and Customer.io integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Serper and Customer.io (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Serper + Customer.io + Slack: When a Google Search in Serper finds new leads, Customer.io creates or updates a profile for each lead. Slack then sends a direct message to the sales team with the lead's information, provided the lead's email is available in the search results.
Customer.io + Serper + Google Sheets: When a Customer.io user tracks a specific event, Serper performs a Google Search based on the event data. The search results, along with the user's Customer.io ID, are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for tracking search trends related to user behavior.
