Serper + Zendesk + Slack: When a new search trend is detected by Serper, a high-priority ticket is created in Zendesk. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team about the urgent issue.
Zendesk + Serper + Google Sheets: This workflow analyzes new Zendesk tickets to identify recurring customer issues, uses Serper to search Google for information about the issue, and then adds a row to a Google Sheet with a summary of the Zendesk ticket and Serper's findings.
