Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Delighted

Shopify + Shippo + Delighted: After a new order is created in Shopify, Shippo creates a shipping label for it. Once the shipping label is created, Delighted sends an email survey to the customer to collect feedback on their order and shipping experience.

Delighted + Shippo + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, find the associated order in Shippo to understand shipping details. Then, send a message to a designated Slack channel alerting the shipping team about the negative feedback related to the delivery experience, including the order ID from Shippo.
