Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Captions

Signnow + Captions + Slack: When a document is fully signed in Signnow, this automation submits the associated video for caption generation using Captions. Once the captions are generated, a message containing the caption file is sent to a specified Slack channel.

Signnow + Captions + Google Drive: After a document is signed in Signnow and a video signature is available, this workflow submits the video to Captions for automatic caption generation. Both the original video (if directly accessible) and the generated captions file are then saved to a designated folder in Google Drive.
