Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Cloudinary

Signnow + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new event occurs in Signnow (e.g., a document is signed), the signed document is uploaded to Cloudinary for storage and potential transformation. Then, the document is uploaded to Google Drive for archival purposes.

Cloudinary + Signnow + PandaDoc: A resource (e.g., a template) is uploaded to Cloudinary. This triggers a workflow where a document is created from a template using SignNow and sent for signature. Once signed, the document is then sent via PandaDoc.
