Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Gmail integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Gmail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Gmail

Signnow + Gmail + Google Sheets: When a document is signed in SignNow, the information about the event is retrieved and a new row is added to a Google Sheet to track completed documents. An email notification is sent via Gmail confirming the Google Sheet update.

Gmail + Signnow + Slack: When a new email arrives in Gmail with an attachment, the attachment is uploaded to SignNow to create a document. An invite to sign is sent, and upon completion of the signing process, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
