Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Google slides, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Google slides integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Google slides (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Google slides

SignNow + Google Sheets + Google Slides: When a new event (document completion) occurs in SignNow, the data is logged in Google Sheets. The key metrics in Google Sheets are then used to automatically update a status report in Google Slides.

Google Slides + SignNow + Slack: When a new presentation is created in Google Slides, a document is automatically created from a SignNow template and sent for approval. Once the document is sent, a notification is sent to the relevant team members on Slack.
