Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Github (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Simplesat + Github + Slack: When a new answer is received in Simplesat indicating a bug, a new issue is created in Github. The development team is then notified in Slack about the new issue.
Github + Jira + Simplesat: When a Github issue is updated, specifically when it is closed, the issue is updated in Jira. A Simplesat survey is then sent to the issue reporter to gather feedback on the resolution.
