Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and Grist

Simplesat + Grist + Slack: When a new negative answer is submitted in Simplesat, a new record is created in Grist to track the feedback. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team.

Simplesat + Grist + Jira: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, the answer is checked for negative feedback. If the feedback is negative, a new record is created in Grist, and an issue is created in Jira for the support team to investigate.
