Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Simplesat and Miro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Miro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and Miro

Simplesat + Miro + Slack: When a new negative answer is received in Simplesat, a retrospective board is automatically created in Miro. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the negative feedback and provide a link to the Miro board.

Miro + Simplesat + Jira: When a new item is created or updated in a designated Miro board, indicating a product improvement idea, a Jira issue is created. Subsequently, Simplesat is updated or creates a customer profile to track satisfaction related to that specific improvement.
