Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplybook and Front (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplybook and Front

Simplybook + Google Calendar + Front: When a new booking is made in Simplybook, an event is automatically created in Google Calendar. A tag is then added to the related conversation in Front to link it to the booking.

Front + Simplybook + Slack: When a new message is received in Front, the flow checks if the customer is asking to reschedule. If so, it sends a Slack message to a dedicated channel with Simplybook information. When booking details are updated, a notification is sent to Slack.
