Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Salesforce

Salesforce + Twilio + Sinch: When a Salesforce Opportunity's stage is updated, a Twilio message is created and sent via Twilio to a designated number notifying them of the change. Then, Sinch will send a follow-up SMS to the contact.

Sinch + Salesforce + Slack: When a new incoming SMS is received via Sinch, create or update a record in Salesforce, and then post a message to a Slack channel to notify the team.
