Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Atera

Atera + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, an event is created in Google Calendar to schedule time for it. Details of the Atera ticket and the Google Calendar event are then posted to a Slack channel to notify the team.

Atera + Jira + Slack: When the status of an Atera ticket is updated, a linked Jira issue is created or updated to reflect the change. A notification is sent to a Slack channel informing relevant team members about the status change and providing a link to the Jira issue.
