Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Slack, Simplesat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and Simplesat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Simplesat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Simplesat

Simplesat + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, the feedback score is saved to a Google Sheet. A summary of the feedback, including the score, is then posted to a designated Slack channel.

Simplesat + Jira + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, and the answer indicates negative feedback, a new Jira ticket is created. The relevant team is then notified in a specific Slack channel with details about the negative feedback and the Jira ticket link.
