Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Smartsheet and Converter integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Converter (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Converter

Smartsheet + Converter + Google Drive: When a new event occurs in Smartsheet, the data is converted to a PDF document using Converter. The resulting PDF is then uploaded to Google Drive for archiving and record-keeping.

Converter + Smartsheet + Slack: When a new file is uploaded, it is automatically converted to an Excel document. The converted document is then uploaded to Smartsheet, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team.
